Robert Dougans

Robert Dougans is the companies legal advisor and special envoy. Robert has a degree from Oxford University and speaks English, German, Russian.Russian.and has extensive experience in complex contested trials and applications including freezing injunctions and jurisdiction challenges. He is an expert in cross border litigation and fraud/asset tracing cases. Robert leads all legal matmatters for the company internationally.

Noel Marshall

Noel Marshall has a bachelor in commerce and is an experienced project manager. Noel plays a vital role for operations in Africa and is strategically located in South Africa ensuring projects run smoothly managing the team on the ground and able to react fast throughout the continent. Noel has experience from planning to construction and completion of projects from road networks, mining, factories and residential schemes.

Luis De Vierna

Lorem Luis De Vierna has a degree in sociology, political sciences and Techinical Agriculture and Engineering. Between 1996 and 2013 Luis was part of the executive Council HGO Habitfrica under the honoury presidency of HRH Queen Sofia. With more than 100 operatives he worked on projects in Mozambique, Namibia, Angola, Guinea Bissau, Cape Verde, Mali, Niger and Morroco. Luis has in recent years managed a 40,000 hectares Agri project in DR Congo.

Julian Strickland

Julian Strickland is the companies aviation specialist and trusted pilot. Julian works with external specialists partners in all logistical programmes relating to the movement of machinery and equipment as well as emergency evacuation and security protocol for the company. Prior to becoming a pilot Julian was an established commodities broker and has a BSc Hons degree in psychology.

Nigel Hurst

Lorem Nigel Hurst has a BArch in Architecture and BSc Hons in Architecture. He also holds a DEC in pure and applied sciences. Fluent in English and French Nigel has decades experience in project management globally.globally.for companies such as Sir Robert McAlpine and Capita Symonds. This experience led him to become director of FourLink in 2015 and since then has been ininstrumental In the design and management of large infrastructure projects.

Andre Gauthier

Andre Gauthier has over 40 years experience working in over 30 countries. He has a BSc Hons in Geological Engineering and an MSc in Mineral Exploration. Instrumental in the growth of several public listed companies during his career Andres experience is invaluable to our company. Andre is fluent in French English and Arabic and has extensive experience working with international investors making concepts a reality and ensuring key infrastructure projects are successful.

Jonathon Moreels

Jonathon is an architect and architectural designer with over 20 years professional experience. He holds a BSc Hons and BArch in Architecture and is a member ofArchitects the Royal Institute of British Architects. Bilingual in English and Spanish Jonathan is instrumental in all infrastructure projects from initial assessment to appraisal, design and construction. Working closely with Nigel Hurst they guide a sub team of specialist engineers, designers and construction operatives.

Ali Barro

Ali Barro holds a masters degree in Geology with over 20 years experience working as a Geologist and Geophysist. Ali is highly skilled in geographical information systems and data science which is a valuable skill set placing him as an important member of the infrastructure team. With experience spanning to under water surveying and research he has worked in most countries throughout Africa.

James Woods

James is know for his contribution to Africa - EU Relations during his role as senior diplomat for the Embassy of Malawi to Belgium and European Union. James is an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellow and holds a bachelors degree in politics, philosophy and history. He also holds and MSc in social policy and development and has provided strategic Council in presidential elections across Africa.
